| SHIPPING We attempt to deliver all ordered products according to their shipping Availability status on the corresponding product page. Please be sure to take this into account when choosing your shipping method at the time of checkout. Please understand we cannot guarantee the processing and delivery schedule as unforeseen circumstances may occur. Please Note: SEGGER is not responsible for any additional shipping charges; which may include customs, import taxes, and/or additional fees outside the control of SEGGER. By proceeding to checkout I hereby confirm and accept that I am not listed on the following European Union Denied Person, Entity or Organization Lists: Council Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 and Council Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001). We will not deliver our products if the purchaser the delivery address is located in one of the following countries: Central African Republic, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan or Yemen. Unless otherwise agreed, our invoices are due for payment without deduction 14 days after receipt of the invoice. If this payment period is exceeded, default occurs and we are entitled, without giving any reminder, to demand interest on arrears at 8% p.a. above the European Central Bank base rate.
